How to place a custom order?

To place a custom order, simply contact us via our website or by email. We you
guide you through the process, discussing your preferences for
style, fabric, measurements and any specific design details you have in mind.

How long does it take to receive my personalized garment?

As each garment is made to order, production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Typically, it takes approximately three weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
We will provide you with a lead time estimate when you place your order. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your
order.

Can I choose the fabric and color of my garment?

Yes ! We offer a variety of fabrics and colors. Whether you are looking for a specific fabric type or shade
particular, we will work with you to find the perfect match for your personalized garment. If the fabric is not available in our stock,
additional charges may apply.

What happens if I need alterations after receiving my garment?

We strive for a perfect fit, but if adjustments are needed after receiving your garment, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may provide retouching services for
ensure your complete satisfaction.

I am white. Can I still wear clothes made from African fabric?

Absolutely ! African fabrics are celebrated around the world for their vibrant colors and unique patterns. They are not exclusive to any particular race or ethnicity. Adopting African fabrics shows your appreciation of the culture and
African crafts. We encourage everyone to wear our clothing with pride and respect for its cultural significance.

Do you offer international delivery?

Can I cancel or change my custom order?
